Our Real Estate practice is both in the advisory and litigation areas. In the advisory sphere, we highlight the advisory assistance for real estate transactions, which ranges from the negotiation of contracts, and the performance of due diligence to the preparation and review of documents necessary for the completion of real estate deals, as well as assistance for regularization of real estate with Local Governments and Real Estate Registry Offices, and the preparation of residential and non-residential lease contracts. In litigation, we are used to dealing with lawsuits that relate to compulsory adjudication, eviction, contractual terminations, construction defects, area rectifications, renewals, and rent reviews, among others.
