Our Intellectual Property practice essentially encompasses all services that have as their ultimate objective the preservation of our clients’ intangible assets. Among these, we highlight representation in extrajudicial and judicial disputes and advisory assistance for the preparation of contracts and opinions involving Copyright (musical compositions, phonograms, drawings, photographs, audiovisual works, scenarios, among others), as well as the adoption of necessary measures for the registration and protection of trademarks at the administrative level with the National Institute of Industrial Property (Instituto Nacional de Propriedade Industrial – “INPI“), advice for the preparation of documents that have as their subject the licensing or assignment of industrial property rights, in addition to acting in legal disputes related to trademark matters, trade dress, patents, and industrial designs.
